Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s), applied to the card on file.
A valid credit card is required to book and hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—this is simply to reserve your spot.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and cannot guarantee that your service will be provided.

For the consideration of all of our guests, please discontinue the use of your cell phone while you are with us. Please do not leave children unattended at any time in the salon. For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those children receiving services will be permitted in the service area. Due to numerous safety considerations, children under twelve years of age who are not receiving services require adult supervision in the main reception area.
