Linda Rautio

Owner/ Master Stylist

With her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail, Linda enjoys working with clients to create styles tailored to their individual needs. A master of her craft, with over 20 years of experience with AVEDA, she stays ahead of the latest techniques and trends in the fashion and beauty industry. Constantly refining her own innovative approaches, Linda pushes the boundaries of hair artistry. Her passion for education has taken her across the country, bringing advanced techniques back to her valued guests.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Linda on the golf course, out on the water, or digging in the dirt—embracing the outdoors as passionately as she does her craft.

Christina

Stylist/ Salon Manager

Christina has been with us for many years. Throughout this time she has become a key player of the salon. You may recognize her from behind the desk, but she has evolved into a passionate, young stylist behind the chair. Christina graduated Empire Beauty School in 2023, and has hit the ground running with education, learning different techniques, and new services. She completed the Bellami Master Extension Course in 2024, and hopes to continue learning and growing in this industry. Her infectious personality is what makes her special and allows guests to instantly feel at home in the salon. 

She has a creative streak that doesn’t end outside of the salon! Outside of Olea, you’ll find her cooking, painting, reading, or singing to her favorite showtunes. Her love of art, and ambition to keep creating in new ways will help create a customizable look just for you, and leave you feeling beautiful!

Melanie

Stylist

Melanie has been in the industry for over a decade, however, she has been using Aveda her whole life. She is passionate about the Aveda brand and their values, and has done extensive training with some of the biggest names in Aveda education. Growing up with her own unruly curls, she now loves working with curly, coily, and kinky hair along with custom color to help others like her feel beautiful in their own hair.

On her days off you can find her exploring NH with her family, and appreciating the beauty of nature. She is a chakra enthusiast, with a passion for well being and the earth. She aspires to share her knowledge with every guest in her chair, and to share that positive energy with them. When booking with Melanie ask for a “chakra journey”, and she will walk you through unlocking your true energy. Making you feel as beautiful inside, as you do outside when you leave.

Shannon

Stylist

Shannon has been in the industry for over 20 years, with training at Bumble & Bumble University in NYC to completion of the Masters of Color Series through Aveda. She loves to broaden her skills, keeping up with current education through Aveda, and aims to bring the most current techniques back to her home state of NH. Shannon is our Aveda Ambassador and works to inform our team with the most current trends and products! With her passion for the industry, she works to educate her guests for beautiful and healthy locks in and out of the salon.

Shannon has a love for nature, gardening, and all things outside. Constantly spoiling us with the fruits and vegetables of her labor, and sharing her love for the natural things in life. With  Aveda’s plant based origins, the products and color lines reflect Shannon’s values and care for the earth.

Christine

Stylist

Christine is an experienced hairstylist, with over 8 years in the industry. She specializes in dimensional color techniques, including foiling and hand painting to create rich, natural-looking tones. She is passionate about helping clients transition from colored hair to gray, with a focus on seamless gray blending that enhances their unique beauty. She also enjoys cutting, while offering personalized styles that complement every color transformation.

Outside of the salon, she loves going to the gym, spending time with family, and caring for her two dogs and cat. With an optimistic ‘glass half full’ approach, Christine brings positivity into every aspect of life. She is always seeking to fulfill her skills and knowledge in this career, continually growing and learning in the art of hair.

Jocelyn

Stylist

Jocelyn has been in the industry for 10 years, working with Aveda for the majority of her experience! She has worked from NH, to California in Aveda salons, getting to observe a wide variety of services and stylists, and ultimately decided to come back to Olea after her travels! She is a master of transformations, and has a niche for bold foil placements! We are so excited to have Jocelyn back with us!

Outside of Olea, she loves making memories with her family and spending time with her Husband and pup! She is our health guru, and always pushing us to nurture our spirit, body, and mind! She practices what she preaches, and loves to nurture her spirit by spending time in nature or gardening. She is a person who is team oriented, always willing to help a team member whether it’s hair related or advice on life!

Outside of the salon, she loves going to the gym, spending time with family, and caring for her two dogs and cat.
